There are actually plenty of games that can run, as long as you don't mind playing old school stuff. I would look into DOSBox as well as other emulators being a viable option. This. Exactly this. Our family computer growing up was a Pentium II machine with almost exactly the same stats as OP's, and it came with Windows 98 pre-installed. We used it well into the early 2000s and rarely encountered compatibility issues.tbh, a Pentium 2 is just more suitable for Windows 95 and 98 than XP
