as title said aim not sure if this is the right section if not feel free to move it

how do you put game saves found on game faq to emulators on psp. example. fire pro wrestling on gab emulator

same for ps1games on psp my psp is modded. btw. thanks for help guys

Ok, two things:

One, you can title your thread as your question, makes it easier to find and entices people to open the thread.

Two, you can patch your save to the ROM file on your PSP, don't know how it works for PSP, but the 3DS has an app that allows you to make backup of save files, I played a game on Citra and when I modded my 3DS, I just patched the save data from the emulator to the installed game.

thank you ill rename the thread

erm honestly aim not tech savy I just follow instructions what does patch mean

I'm not sure regarding real hardware, but from what I can glean from the filesystem on PPSSPP, it should be possible to transfer things over directly assuming there's no encryption in place.

This guide might help as it goes over taking a save from gameFAQs and putting it on your psp. i'm not sure if the psp being modded makes a difference, i think not if were talking about psp game saves

If you use a modded psp, just insert the sd card in the pc (if you're using sd + adapter), or put a usb cave from the psp to pc.

From the root of the sd or psp, there should be a "PSP" folder and then a "SaveData" folder: inside "SaveData" folder you put the folder you download from gamefaq, of course it must match the region of the game you have (USA, EUR, JAP).

Actually I’ve tried it already on PPSSPP all you have to do is unzip the save

On real hardware connect the sd (or the console) to the computer, download a save and put it in the SAVEDATA folder

And in the case of PSX Eboots is more complicated but use this as an example of what to do

(Or you can find a PSP eboot save folder of another user)
