The PC game pass used to be a good deal. But its gonna be $16 a month. Too expensive for games that can be removed anytime. Also lots of stuff is locked behind EA or Ubisoft launchers. Went through all the trouble to install the stupid ubisoft launcher and make an account just for the assassins creed game not to work.

Nope. Microsoft has enough money to buy all the apes in the world and shot them to their foot. I believe they are just scratching people around. I would be surprised if the total profit from the entire Xbox line including all their services could reach 10% of the total profit they have.

Microsoft is one of the reason why we don't have free to play multiplayer on consoles anymore.

And the game pass price hike is why I pirate things.

There are lots of people interested in things like GamePass. You pay a monthly fee and forget about anything. It's like having internet at home, every month you pay a fee. Maybe some month you use it more than the other, but you want it every month because you want to have it there in case you need it fast or right away.

GamePass is something you pay because you're going to use it of course. You pay 30 whatever a month, then you play 5 days a week because you have time and your life allows you and you don't really care what to play, just see something you might like and start playing, congrats. You're the target for the service. This description entails more people than we think.

We usually think from a perspective of a non working person or tight budget all the time, so everything that is a price increase is bad because it goes against our poor economy. If you're still studying, this product is just not for you. If you're on your early 20's, just wait 5-10 years more to have more money. If you're on your 30's, what are you doing with the money? if you're 40 or older, you might have other expenses, but remember you are the one to blame for most of them :)
