Just listing the best experience I personally had. Do note some of these emulators are best used on powerful devices like Odin 2, RP5, Ayaneos, Galaxy 21 and beyond, etc.

NES - FCEUmm. I know Mesen, and NES.emu are better, but the reason I chose this one was because of the low pass sound filter it had in core options, to emulate that NES muffled sound I remembered. Add in Blargh's Composite filter, and you got the best/closest experience you can have to the CRT.

GB/GBC - Sameboy

SNES - SNES9x. I know bsnes is the most accurate, but 9x has pretty much caught up to that as well by now, not to mention more core options. Do note some hacks will not play on it, this is where you can use the 2010 version.

Megadrive - MD.emu for MD games only, and Plus DX for the rest like 32x, GG, CD, and MS.

PSX - Standalone Duckstation

GBA - Either Mgba or Pizza Boy(Paid version)

PS2 - NETHERSX2 2.0 4248

Dreamcast - Standalone reDream or Flycast(Mainly for online play)

Saturn - Saturn.emu. As accurate as Beetle, but less power consuming like Yaba, and with less errors.

All the Arcade games - FBNeo. Ignore MAME 2003, and all the extensions, unless you have a REALLY niche game you want to play on it that the Neo cannot.

I'll address more later on.

DraStic for Nintendo DS games works quite well.

Snes9x EX+ is my go-to for SNES games and have not had any issues with compatability.

WonderDroid Ultra for Wonderswan, I have never had any issues and every game I have tried has worked.

Super64 Plus for N64 games. I know there are others out there that some people would prefer, but I have noticed less graphical issues and it works well with the Razor Kishi controller.

I use Yaba Sanshiro 2 for Saturn games as personally I have noticed better performance with a few games compared to other emulators.

I like Robert Broglia's emulators, but MD.EMU is really only good for Genesis and Master System games. Sega CD emulation is... less than perfect. Some games work fine like Sonic CD, Keio Flying Squadron and Yumimi Mix. Some games have a strange audio issue where you hear SFX but no BGM (Earthworm Jim: Special Edition and Shining Force CD come to mind). And some games just don't work at all. Either they get stuck on the "SEGA" logo or the game itself is bugged (Vay and Lunar: Eternal Blue come to mind).

Also... Genesis Plus GX does not support 32X games. Picodrive does.

I use these ones

I use the snes9x, FCEUmm, mGBA, and VBA-M cores in retroarch plus mostly for those systems. I find retroarch annoying but I'm lazy but also like the plethora of configuration options it has available. Most of the yuzu based switch emulators I have installed work pretty much the same. None of then are better than the others as far as I can tell. I'm pretty sure some of them might be kind of shady as well like uzuy and Sumi.

The best mobile GBA emulator is MyBoy, and nothing will change that, well until something better comes out.
Something did change it. Time. Your comment would be true, 7-10 years ago. Now, Pizza Boy and Mgba are way better choices. Not to mention, MyBoy is no longer actively worked on like Pizza and m

This thread reminds me that I maintain a small archive of emulators for Android. Some of which are no longer available but work just as well nonetheless.

Can I ask a question is there a emulator to play Sega Cd and 32x I was looking the Mega drive emulator cannot load what emulator?

Being completely honest, 32X emulation support is subpar even on PC. Ares and PicoDrive are the only actively developed options I am aware of that even attempt to implement it, and those implementations exhibit plenty of bugs not present on 32X hardware. Ares is better, but it's PC-exclusive. You can try your luck with PicoDrive in your libretro client of choice. I don't think there are any options better than that on Android right now.

Kega Fusion had an implementation of sorts, but it's been abandoned for years and is closed source. I wouldn't expect it to come to smartphones any time soon.

This might be the one instance where I have had better results emulating on iOS. Provenance can handle both Sega CD and Sega 32X titles quite well once you import the CD BIOSes.

With all due respect, I think your information may be out of date. MyBoy was last updated earlier this year. Additionally, mGBA has no official Android port. Perhaps you're thinking of the unofficial mGBADroid or mGBA_Android ports, but neither has been maintained for years at this point.

EDIT: Just to be clear, I also think the Pizza Boy emulators are perfectly decent choices. I have the premium editions of both Pizza Boy A and Pizza Boy C installed on my phone at this very moment.
