Galactic Protector - Control Pad Fix (Hack) SMS​

Hack Credits: Released by: megaman3000 Date: June 16, 2019 It allow us to play it with a regular d-pad, since the original game was built for the paddle control. In their original post, the author says "added controls for player 2 in Galactic Protector" and I think it means they extended the d-pad controlling to the 2nd player, but I couldn't test it.
