I'm not saying it doesn't happen, there have been several community efforts already, like the creation of the RGT-tan mascot, or Glimbo's reactions and animations, or the favicon by me, but RGT is much more centered around talking about games, not making them. This part of you initial post is what perplexed me, because that's exactly what the custom titles and all the style options to customize our profiles already allows, as there are literally an infinite amount of ways to reflect our individuality and add personality to our member profiles. Much more so than any predetermined ones, which you seem to suggest. This part, is also already true, because post count increases your level, which unlock more style options. If you donate (which one does of their own free will), you get the teeny tiny reward of unlocking all style options immediately, which is a fine "reward" because it's just cosmetic. If you feel like you want to change your title to something that better reflects what you do, all you have to do is reach Level 3 on your account (or donate, but that's entirely up to any individual user).
