Any movie ,TV show, comics, books, etc that you think would be great games if adapted. And what genre would you want them to be. It could also be a franchise that has already been adapted into video games but you may not have agreed with the approach they took with it. I for one think that He-man and ThunderCats would be great beat'em ups.

Gintama, Cowboy Bebop and Kaiji would all be fantastic for a Yakuza-style game

Bobobo would be a great rpg.

Samurai champloo would be a great action game

Saiki K would be an awesome adventure point and click game

Dbz needs another turn based rpg

Tremors! Half the fun of this perfect movie is the monsters can track and hear you on dirt and soil, so The Floor is Lava, but for a whole valley. I'd play a game where loud noises and running attracts worm monsters to murder you, and you need to vault and platform along rocky safe points or the tops of buildings.

Maybe throw in another element that forces you to be loud, like the heat-seeking monsters from the first sequel, I dunno.

Cowboy Bebop as a Yakuza style game would be awesome. I know there are two bebop games out there, have you played any of them and if so are they any good ?

I know there are already initial D games but hear me out:
A racing/rpg-hybrid co-developed with Atlus.
Sega handles the racing end (sega gt/sega ralley status) and atlus makes a 3rd-person persona-style social/adventure system.
Bliss.

Conan is way cooler than He-man
He-man is a loser.
but a Skeletor game would be sick af!

Other than the mobile game
Breaking Bad would be interesting, especially with the "chemistry" and building an empire goals
I think Rockstar Games can or might do it
silly breaking bad GIF
The 3DS homebrew store has a homebrew Breaking Bad game on it.
I've not played it, but its there, lol.

Not quite a Rockstar joint, I know, lol

That's cool though! Even though it looks like Cooking Mama game with Mii models
But still...cool concept and thanks for the video

Saint Seiya anime and movies, especially the original series (12 Golden Knights, Asgard, Neptune arcs). They produced a myriad of useless fighting games, while all the fans were waiting for a classic  jrpg game, dammit! Only two terrible action-rpgs for  nes and a decent one for  wonderswan (unfortunately never translated). In truth there are three decent japanese (or chinese)  java rpgs for old 240x320 keypad phones that no one knows about, and a game created by fans with RPGMaker * 2k3 of 2 GB in size, containing original series' bgms, images and videos, but the gameplay is a bit repetitive and ultimately boring. Maybe there are other titles for Android but I don't think they are classic jrpg games, or am I wrong?
In conclusion, there is lack of a good quality official role playing game from this series, which is what all fans have been expecting for a long time. Hope now sadly vain. 🤷‍♂️

* If anyone is interested in Saint Seiya Densetsu, here is the link (the game is freeware): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aONHhfvEJgePler_yRSX7ZKGsl1Ct-n9/view
Playiable on EasyRPG Player.
Unfortunatelyly one of the creators died recently, but his spirit will live on in his colossal work.

Android: Netrunner would make for an amazing game, especially if it were infinitely replayable (either a straight adaptation of the LCG or maybe a different kind of game that embodies the world sufficiently well.

I’d absolutely love BB as a gta. Sounds like a combo made in heaven.

I cant speak to Thundercats already having a game but there is a He-Man game:

I wouldn't recommend it but yea...

I just saw some gameplay for this and yeah it looks rough. I was thinking a He-man game taking inspiration from Golden Axe.
That would be great, having some of the other characters playable as well. As a He-Man focused single player game, maybe something more like Rastan. Id play the hell out of either of them :)

Lyrical Nanoha and Symphogear arena fighters in the same vein as Dragon Ball Sparkling Zero and the Gundam VS. series
And yes, I am aware of the A's Portable duology on PSP for the former but it seriously has been almost 15 years since we got a proper Nanoha game (no, Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha Innocent and Symphogear XD Unlimited don't count).

oh man. ive long said i love that we're entering "immersive rpg open worlds" of some of my favorite shows and hope that trend keeps getting better. Gintama but in a yakuza style would be soooooo good. My idea would be a detective jrpg combo in the world of No Guns Life

Hokuto no Ken worked well as a Yakuza like (no PC port though, sucks).
