Since there is a lot of repetition in the questions and issues that people report about the forum, i think it would be at least somewhat helpful to mitigate workload to have a FAQ somewhere to find easily, The Repo has one, so the Forum should have its own for Forum things.
I mean, i know there are people who somehow miss the bright green "The Repo," but still it might reduce the amount of redundant questions, somewhat.
