Anyone know the name of the game which is slightly similar to this?
Also for the Master System, I remember that, at the end, you chase a truck or so... also some sort of helicopter.
And the game ends with you driving into some building and drive away as it blows up... or so.

Can't remember much anymore.
But after each chase, a picture of the arrest is shown.
I also think that you get your means of shooting your target also from a helicopter as some sort of powerup.
Like, there was a friendly helicopter, but also a boss helicopter.
