Mii Channel (A Channel that Comes Pre-Installed on the Console) where it gives you the possibility to create your own character in the form of a Mii and also that it is possible to play with your miis in several games (especially the Big N Games) ahead of the time.

As a teen with a $20 Nintendo card to spend, nothing beat the feeling of browsing the Wii Shop Channel with this bop playing the whole time.

Mii channel was my favorite.

Although, the internet channel served a legitimate purpose back then. Laptops and modern TV's weren't as common. Wii had some limited Flash support, but it was enough to run youtube and other video sites. You could also play certain flash games, there was a site that listed a few that were playable on the Wii.

I remember also being able to browse on Orkut at the time, which was the Facebook counterpart at Brazil. (except it had forums!)

Using the online platform Meebo you could even talk people over MSN, although it was really impractical to use there.

Me and my brother were addicted to the Mii Contest Channel (Check Mii Out in the US). Had so much fun on that thing, as we were both deep into making weird/creative Mii designs.

Obvious Homebrew options aside, I have a soft spot for the photo channel. I enjoyed taking photos on a crappy digital camera and messing around with them on that thing.

I also enjoyed the voting channel but for the life of me I don't know why.
