my absolute fave will always be xenoblade, when it comes to the voice acting there is no need to suspend any disbelief that those voices belong to those characters. ive started bravely default recently and have bee quite loving the performances there. all of the mgs games are also mostly some very big standouts in terms of vocal performance. tales of berseria also comes to mind, both xillias as well, and id say i prefer the original english dub of vesperia but ive yet to finish the remaster and hear patty's english voice. and i cant talk about voice performance without at least mentioning portal and portal 2. i think i speak for many when i say the voice of ellen mclain cryptically and softly laughing in my ear followed by the ominous "good news" awakened something in me.

Basically everyone in Legacy of Kain, Nolan North played against type excellently in Spec Ops: The Line, and Takaya Kuroda always kills it as Kazuma Kiryu no matter what Kiryu has to do.

I really like the dub of the first two games in the Fallout series, the final battle with The Master is my favorite example of the excellent dubbing in these games, Jim Cummings is an excellent voice actor.
Jim Cummings is always gold, he was also great in Splatterhouse. He had such great chemistry with Josh Keaton

I think a basic bitch and obvious choice/answer for me is Jennifer Hale as femshep in the og Mass Effect trilogy.

Yakuza 0. Not only is the voice acting incredible, the body acting is too. Spoilers ahead:
I'm not sure if it's mocapped or what, but man, that scene with Nishki and Kiryu after Nishki drove him out to the middle of nowhere broke me. That performance was nothing short of perception. I genuinely cried at that scene, I was glued to the screen like a toddler watching Cocomelon.
Also, yes I know there's real life actors in Yakuza 0, after all how else would my glorious goat and king Kuze be portrayed so perfectly, but I don't know if THAT scene in particular is motion captured.
I guess I should mention I'm talking about the Japanese performances of course. I've never heard Yakuza 0 dubbed, if that's even a thing?

Sonic 3D Blast. Every console should have a version of Sonic 3D Blast

Sorry for that blunder, here's my REAL answer
a cartoon character is standing in front of a fence holding a sword .

Lip syncing Piers will never not be fucking hilarious to me

Two words: Wes. Johnson.

STOP RIGHT THERE, CRIMINAL SCUM! NOBODY BREAKS THE LAW ON MY WATCH! I'M CONFISCATING YOUR STOLEN GOODS! NOW PAY YOUR FINE, OR IT'S OFF TO JAIL!

(okay, in all seriousness though, I would probably have to go with either both Reuben Langdon and Johnny Yong Bosch's performances as protagonists Dante and Nero in Devil May Cry 3, 4 and 5, or Nolan North's favourite starring role as Martin Walker in Spec-Ops: The Line)
EDIT: (and speaking of Capcom franchises, I think the more recent Resident Evil games have objectively the best acting in the series. I really like Nick Apostolides' take on Leon from REmakes 2 and 4 in particular.)

Beginning of Final Fantasy X-2
just the beginning?

I mainly know him for having been in what felt like every major animated show or movie during my childhood, the range on that guy is indeed insane

I remember that my jaw dropped and I also laughed when I found out that Winnie the Pooh and the main antagonist of the first Fallout were voiced by the same person.
