I did say so far
I highly recommend Hi-Fi Rush. It feels like a throwback to the highly stylized games of the 6th generation like Jet Set Radio and Viewtiful Joe (in fact, one boss has a pretty explicit homage to Space Channel 5).

Additional note on this: 20s would be Alan Wake 2 perhaps, but I am yet to buy the DLC's and play through the final draft mode, so i am waiting to do that until I make up my mind.

tbf i have only played a pathetic amount of 80s and especially 70s games
all the honorable mentions for the 00s cause they're more stacked than your mom:
smt nocturne, ratchet and clank, 3rd gen armored core as a whole, spore, persona 4 (though i've only played golden), dead rising
