And an underrated fighting game? Second Impact. the failure of New Generation and the success of Third Strike overshadows it HARD. Has the best roster and music of Street Fighter 3 and i'll even argue in the franchise. The Touhou fighting games are also kinda slept on, great art and music but air fighters are so rare and none of them have rollback. Variable Geo recently got picked up for Saturn tribute and it has real potential for a franchise if they ditch the nsfw of the PC 98 games but keep the characters, story, and music.
