Fans of Tabletop RPGs please critique my terrain

It is not 100% complete yet as I need to make actual ladders and fences instead of placeholders.

Anyways I'm planning to sell this along with some other house pieces, scatter terrain and scenery.
I don't plan to make the interior playable as there really would be no room in a mill.
I do plan on making it into parts to make printing easier and more accessible.
The stairs are playable for skirmish games and so is the balcony and banister behind the turbine.

My question to you is would you consider purchasing this for your TTRP/Wargames
If yes then what about it is striking to you, and if no then why?

Thank you! Blender is all I know as I learned right out of high school as a penniless kid over a decade ago (bless youtube tutorials). I still feel like I'm new and just learning it.
