Eye of the Beholder on Scumm

Someone has problems with eye of the beholder (DOS) running with scumm. When I change of stage game asks me for a password and when I write it emulator close. Need help please

It's probably a copy protection scheme. Back in the day that's how games used to do it. They came with manuals and expected a specific answer as a sort of proof of purchase.

In a lot of cases these days these protections are internally bypassed (you get asked questions but it will take any answer and let you continue anyway). I'll see if I can help you source a pdf copy of the manual or something.

Edit: Sorry, I didn't read carefully enough. Can you maybe try to run it without Scumm and only use Dosbox to see if it works?

Thank you for answer, I test it with dosbox and works perfect, the problem is scumm. I can play it in dosbox but of course dosbox don't have the options of scumm

I see, yes. I understand SCUMMVM being more convenient. So having the answers from the manual doesn't help any? maybe trying to source the game from elsewhere would do the trick.
