It's an unbelievable sell-out, but I actually really like it for how shameless it is. The fact that there's a first-party Nintendo game where you can discuss how much you LOVE Tootsie-Roll-brand Tootsie Pops™ (registered trademark of [I]Tootsie Roll Industries[/I], all rights reserved) with NPCs, and especially the fact that it happens in the sequel to a game very specifically about the dangers of consumerism, is just funny as fuck to me. I hope these show up in Metroid Prime 4, too.
