I know I'm late asf to the party but apparently Eureka Seven turned 20 years old this year. Insane.
I remember it being my first binge on Netflix when my family first cut the cable in my teens. Absolutely insane show. I try my best to find time to rewatch it every couple years, the characters music and aesthetics have always stuck with me really well.
