I have a series S, which sits there unused a lot of the time since I'm much more focused on the PC. I do hear though that these are actually great for emulation, can anyone confirm this, is it worth the time to set it all up? As far as i know right now, you need to use Dev Mode, which is like a $20 one time payment. Then from there... I'm guessing you add everything else by USB? This is far as I've looked into it, figured I'd try and ask first. See what other people think before trying it for myself.

This might be a good thing to keep out in the living room, even though i have a WII, as well as other consoles. It looks like the series S/X both have plenty of power to run emulators at high resolutions 60FPS, everything I've heard so far sounds good.

i know it costs money, but at least it allows any emulation at all. The other two are way too strict about it.
