emulation on ios

from what i saw, emulation on ios sucks but how about ipad os or mac os? i heard it’s far better on mac os since it’s a computer but i dont know about ipad os

iPad OS is essentially iOS with some additional features such as multitasking, but in general it isn't any better off than iOS for emulation.

MacOS does have more development for emulation, although not as active as Windows or Linux.

I'm curious, which phone model were you using before switching your iPhone?

casper via g5 (from a turkish phone company) it sucked as a phone as well as anything useful basically

Yeah, that definitely explains a good part of your experience with Android. A lot of these cheaper phones have pretty heavily modified versions and poor hardware that struggles to run it well. Much like Windows or Linux, companies can install Android on many different devices, but that doesn't mean they'll run it well, even when they're new.

Apple products generally provide a good baseline of performance at a higher price, but if you spend that same amount on say an Android or Windows/Linux computer, you'll often get better value in terms of specs. In your case, the iPhone 13 is about 4 years old, so something like the Samsung Galaxy S21 would be comparable.
