What Fictional Villain be it in Books/Series or Games would you Believe to have the Easiest time Defending legally according to your Countries Laws if you where there Lawyer ? and try to stay serious as it would be Interesting wich Villain in fiction could be declared guiltless according to some Laws or at least given a light Punishment.

"Your honor, the defendant Mister Calculator simply tried to exterminate the human race only because of a slight error in its programming"
"Surely the judge and the available jury can agree that it needed a new brain to simply fix the wrongs he committed"
"Wrongs committed on the basis of an error"

I think Considering that its a Program and not a Human It would not be proscecuted but its Creator would be liable Instead ;).

I could totally beat the shit out of frieza

Kefka.
He has a sure-fire insanity plea, especially after he was illegally experimented on by his own government. Hell, he has a sure-fire countersuit as well! Plus, thanks to him, he brought peace to the world by being ultimately responsible for ridding the world of the corruptive power of M-M-M-M-Magic!!!!

This guy 100% all the shit the Whos put him through. Teasing him as a child, waking him up with their music. Being generally shitty people to their neighbor. As a child they made fun of him for looking different, they made fun of him for being an orphan. I know it was a children's story, but they're lucky he didn't murder some of them. He's got a classic defense of temporary insanity due to social ostracization. Plus he returned all the presents and what not before they could press charges

Robotnic, because he can a 10000% argue that Sonic repeatedly breaks into his private property and destroys his stuff.
"I mind my own business and take care of the pests on my property. I do experiments here and there on them...but it's to help better everyone! Then this Blue Hedgehog comes in breaks my expensive equipment and steals my animals. I don't deserve to be punished, I deserve to be awarded restitution for everything this delinquent breaks. To the tune of 100 billion dollars. Or you know...I'll take one chaos emerald."
