AKA Shin Gundam Musou (真・ガンダム無雙) in Japan, is the fourth installment in the Gundam Musou/Dynasty Warriors Gundam series by Tecmo Koei.

The game features over 120 units, as well as new gameplay elements and the return of space battles among other things, released in Japan on 19 December 2013 for PS3 and PS Vita while the European version was released in July 27 and the North American version on July 1. Cross-playing and cross-saving between the two versions is also possible.

While the game features the familiar mechanics and gameplay as previous entries, the game has returned to a more realistic graphical style from the first 2 games of the series, as opposed to the cel-shaded one featured in Dynasty Warriors Gundam 3.

Dynasty Warriors: Gundam Reborn dropped me in the cockpit of a death-dealing space samurai mech.

Good game, but I always came out of it disappointed due to there only being the original Japanese audio. I loved hearing the dubbed lines from the previous ones and seeing who they could manage to bring back from all the dubbed versions of the anime that I grew up and it was interesting to see who was different and also the takes on characters that were never dubbed before. There's also something about understanding what someone is saying when doing the same attack for the millionth time just makes it better if you ask me.

Still really good. I think my favorite is still the original one because of it's crossover storyline with ridiculous team-ups. Heero Yuy and Master Asia team up and I can kind of see that, but what makes it better is that, for some reason, Jerid Messa joins as well. It was endlessly delightful to see who would work with who and why.

I also always had a feeling that Tecmo Koei LOVES G Gundam. They didn't get as much representation as the other series in this game, but Domon and Master Asia always steal the show when they come up in the story. Actually, any time a G Gundam character crosses over into any of the other Gundam stuff always steals the show.

I have this game, But I would not say I love it but that´s because I never been a fan of Dynasty warrior games I dislike games that has to much timed mission it´s to damn stressfull.

Im more fan of the Gundam breaker games.
I see, yeah I don't like a game with a timer too (but maybe not for 2D platformers)

I've lost so many hours to this game. My only real gripe was the roster. So many Seed and early UC characters no one'll ever really use, yet G Gundam barely has 3 (4) characters, and only two unique suits playable. Not to mention the NPC pilots that may as well have been playable, such as the CCA story enemies and Lalah given they already had portraits since the 2nd game. Characters with less assets were playable in this one (Elle, for example, only having one real portrait with changing face sprites). And keeping Mobile Armor moves restricted while boss variants can spam unique moves to their heart's content was also a shame. If there's ever another Gundam Musou, I hope the roster takes cues from Gundam VS series and includes everyone. Movesets are already shallow here. So may as well go all the way. Graphically, I do think the 3rd game's celshaded style is cooler, but I think this game looks nice for what it is in RPCS3.

This is also the biggest issue I have with this, too many Seed and early UC pilots no one would use, not to mention there are some duplicates. Should be filled with someone else, maybe add MSV units.
It has weird choice of DLC too.

We should start a thread sharing builds haha.
