Personally, I think the PS2 and GameCube versions are the best because they have more content, like levels and the special system.

For me, the PS2 and GameCube versions will always be the best, and people keep overrating the others, which aren't bad at all, but the PS2 and GameCube versions have more content overall and are fun to control. If you've played Crash Bandicoot, it'll be a piece of cake.
To each their own, imo the GC/PS2 version is the weakest, worse level design, worse controls, it even has level levels, not more, the PS1 version is really good but it suffers from poor performance and slightly worse controls than the superior DC/N64 version, honestly the controls alone feel so tight in the DC/N64 version makes it really fun to play.

¿Te refieres a GG Shinobi?

Highly suggested, having a blast right now!
This one, I was confused to which one you meant, yeah the quick tap double jump should help, this game has a special ending for getting all the atoms but the game guides you and lets you know how many are left and like I said there is no upgrading system so no backtracking is required unless you missed something.

Glad you are enjoying this, have fun.

GG Shinobi you mean? I played it and its sequel, incredible games, really sad I did not have them as a child as I was a Game Gear kid before I got a Gameboy Advance.

I'm not 100% sure which atoms you are referring to but like I said the game has no upgrading system or backtracking so if you are missing an atom in an area chances are you need to find a secret passageway.

Regarding Donald Duck it is exactly the same as Rayman 2 (in fact I believe it is running on the same engine) I grew up with the DC version (I had a Dreamcast) and my luck it is indeed the version everybody recommends, it's not just slightly better than the other versions but it is a much better game than the other versions, even the ones on PS2 and GC are not very good or fun to control, but the ones on N64 and DC are the ones to go, I can share a video that goes in depth if you want.

Donal Duck GQ is one of my favourites (esthetically) but NEVER played it apart from minutes because I think there were demos when I was a child but didn't have too much of chance to buy the original cartridge/disc! So I will fix that indeed! It also looks to have some in-depth stuff going on?
I knew that this game in particular has (completely) different games/engines based on platform and I did not know which was the best so thanks for the tip.
(...) Just had a look at versions and DC looks wonderful, however as usually it is for my region, my language is often missing from DC games (in fact no friend heard or knew about Dreamcast back then, probably undersold or not even sold - what a shame considering I believe has one of the best and unique games offering).
And backtracing on DC-no-compatible-language, the N64 instead is multilanguage, so might try that? However mildly undecided knowing that I tried the DC version some time ago and was super fluid.

Regarding Duck Dogers, do you recall the first stage, around the penultimate level, where there are 2 atoms on the cart highway on the top? There's one atom far away that I supposed I need to backtrack to pick (with a powerup) or to enter the level from a different/secret angle/side. But maybe it's just a lucky double jump? Will re-try either way.

Ok it's suggestion time then? ::goblingrinGotta play this one pal! Shinobi for the majestic GameGear !!!! *_*

It does not, but it has lots of variety, I actually prefer it this way as Bugs Bunny Lost in Time has a lot of backtracking, imo Bugs Bunny and Taz Time Busters is a lot better as the level up system does not make you backtrack, very fun to 100%.

Tips regarding Duck Dodgers Starring Daffy Duck, to get higher quick tap double jump, your instenct may tell you to wait until the highest point in the air before you jump again to go higher, not in this game, for some reason quickly tapping jump twice will get you higher for those high to reach atoms, also you can check your missing atoms and also change the camera controls in the pause menu.

If you like obscure N64 platformers may I recommend Donald Duck Goin' Quackers? I'd actually recommend the DC version for better performance, music and cutscenes, but the N64 version is the same great game, the other versions are different games btw and they are only mediocre imo, only the N64 and DC versions are the same "good" game.

Reminds me a lot of Bugs Bunny Lost in Time - Don't know if it will get that deep (Lost in Time has some unique RPG/Powerup-like mechanics later on), will need to play more!

Weird that these games are so curated and yet nearly unknown. Games never cease to surprise me.

If you want I shared the NTSC version and asked Yousef to share the PAL version since I don't have it.
Thanks Juiceala ::chocobo-wave

As expected this game is some serious lot of fun. Played through full stage 1 only as of speaking.

Wow, another from this world, exclusive to N64? Seems very wonderful tbf - gotta add to my games and try asap!

This game is definitely one of the best Daffy Duck a.k.a. Duck Dodgers games although it comes from the Looney Tunes universe on the Nintendo 64 and it's better than the Super Famicom/Super Nintendo one, although that one at least had a Redux version.

And by the way Thanks for sharing Yousef 👍🏻👍🏻.
