News Dreamcast Deecy emulator attempting the Windows CE support

Deecy is a wip Dreamcast emulator, still distant to Flycast and Redream as global compatibility, but recently updated a couple of times.
The fresh 0.5.0 new update is interesting, cause the experimental Windows CE titles support, always problematic on DC emulation

Either it does or Flycast does, I've tried both and got it set up right on one of them but I forget which.

Flycast, Redream and Demul support WindowsCE games iirc but there's nothing wrong with more people throwing their hats in the ring.

the Windows CE still is an hit and miss territory on emulation, many titles reach ingame, complete them is another pair of hands

one more emu attempting MMU is surely better than one less :)

DEmul emulates WinCE very poorly for example Resident Evil 2
