In fact there is a similar romhack called Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi Collection, which includes the trilogy in a single ISO, although it is only in Spanish.

Doesn't work on OPL. Damn.
Manually typing the game ID and ELF from the SYSTEM.CNF didn't fix anything either. Just a white screen no matter what.
