Same, except it was 4Kids/Toonzai for me. It would air around the same time as Sonic X

That's not accurate though. Almost nothing is translated story wise. Same for minigame descriptions, customization items and many, many more things.

Out of curiosity I checked the file on archive.org, did they upload their entire work or something because I don't know why the file is 1.2 GB when the game is probably not even 25% of that.

I love this game! Also Dragon Ball Origins <3 The team that made the game did such a perfect job, I have never seen graphics of that level before. So beautiful.

The translation was very good, I recommend it!!!

I remember beating the whole game and was curious about the story of the what ifs in this one (Android 18 and Videl cosplay, Yamcha being the joke in an epic (?) way, Super Guldo, etc)

Another thing i remember is how absurd was beating the final challenges with the best rank

This game has always been pretty awesome, but man following the translation history was a nightmare. I played with the first patch that was just the menu for a long time, then I saw some pop up on torrent sites that I think were different than that one? Then another on some random forum. Anyway, great that this game finally has a close to complete english patch!

Honestly, it is a good attempt at translation and you also have to be aware that translating a game that is in Japanese and as it uses hiraganas, kanjis, katakanas, konos, etc. in translating it into an understandable language either English or Spanish, it also requires time, understanding and effort to make translations of video games exclusive to Japan to the English language as well as in Spanish.
