This game is featured in the debut episode of Bishoujo Kamen Poitrine (Estrela Fascinante Patrine, para os brazucas), a Toei tokusatsu from the Magical Girl Comedy series. I realized it by the gameplay footage shown briefly.
In this episode, Yuko's (Patrine) little brother, Takuto, buys the game from a store, but the cover is the one shown on the picture. The cartridge is showed only from behind, making the label not seen, but Takuto actualy asks the shop owner for the "new dragon ball" game he had reserved. I wonder if this happens because of licensing issues. Krilin (Kuririn) featured in the box could be considered just a regular monk for this reasons. If someone knows hiragana and katana, could tell us what says on the box, please?

PS: Takuto and his friends play the game on his Famicom Twin Duo! Awesome!!!

Why hasn't anyone tried translating this game 100%?

To be honest it improves somewhat with respect to the second installment both in the card system, that now the navigation system is like a kind of board instead of where you have to go to such and such a part by text, although graphically it is a slight improvement over the previous installment, but the game itself is quite a challenge if you are not sufficiently adapted to its game system but as a game It's not bad but the English translation of the game feels like it's unfinished because it It has many errors in the texts and also that they combine with kanji with symbols, letters, numbers, etc. and that looks ugly and messy making it illegible but it is understandable because it has only been translated 15%.

This game was tons of Fun,this uses an Improved Version of the same Gameplay engine as with "Dragonball 2: Daimao Fukkatsu (Revivial of the Demon Lord Piccolo) which uses the same "Card Battle System" except with much Better graphics and unlike the 2nd Dragonball Game, which mainly Loosly Adapted the "King Piccolo Saga" with a few bits of "Game Exclusive Filler",this game however adapts the entire Part 1 Portion of all the sagas/Arcs of Goku's Childhood Years (The Emperor Pilaf Saga,The World Tournement Saga, the Red Ribbon Army Saga, the Fortune Teller baba Saga, the Tien Shinhan Saga, the King Piccolo Saga and the Piccolo Jr Saga)
