I tend to prefer integrated frontends like Playnite that work with all my games (not just the emulated titles), but the DOSBox Game Launcher definitely appeals to me. I think I would use that if I was looking for something dedicated to just DOS games.

I'm always curious about Dosbox Frontends and forks. I tried several (of both) and ended up picking Dosbox Staging (it has video mode agnostic output filtering, looks very nice and consistent) and as for frontends... well, none; I just have game-by-game basis shortcuts with all the settings baked in. Works, even if it is archaic.
