You may noticed that current version doesn't have what you looking for but does it really necessary? IDK if it's necessary you can use old builds if you can like 6 months ago or something. But I also found this in the current version:

They moved it to advanced settings to keep users from screwing up their game and punching their monitors that's why. Usually duckstation updates usually automatically run settings adjusted to games.

I do think it was a great call because it seems users don't look at the "advanced settings", so they wouldn't find the setting to fuck up things or at least they would understand "how serious this setting is" so it deters users from fucking things up lol.
