Does anyone know how I correctly perform the movesets in Backyard Wrestling 2?

Like how do I perform moves, such as grapples, jumps, dash attacks, jump attacks, supers, etc?

My English isn't the best for me to read the manual and sometimes I'm too lazy to look at websites showing the move lists (just to let you know that I'm using Google Translate to write this here)
