Does anyone know a website or a program that generates animated texboxes?

I need a textbox with text that appears like in games without having to add each letter one by one, prefferrably if it could be exported as a gif. I thought I could repurpose one of the image from The Death Generator but I'm not sure what I'm doing.

Found a GIF one for undertale. Here's Pokemon Mystery Dungeon & Emerald, but they aren't in GIF form. Also found a whole bunch here, wow that's a lot. :0
