PSP Does anybody know how to put software manuals in PSP games?

I'm trying to put software manuals in my psp games, for example, Call Of Duty Roads To Victory, does anybody know how to do it? I've been searching on google for a bit now, but i couldn't find any info :/

What PSP game has a digital manual? Seriously I want to try it.
Only ever saw them on official eboots.

That's what i'm trying to figure out. I mean, if sony put digital manuals inside the official eboots, there should be a way to do it with ROMs from the internet. I'll give more info as soon as i find something new.
EDIT: Nothing. Tried to do everything i could but i just can't figure out how to do it :/
