Documentary on Gunpei Yokoi's life!!

Dude this guy made Nintendo the Nintendo as we know it. Without him console wars wouldn't be fun at all. As SEGA fan bois we wouldn't have anything to make fun of lolol. He is the only enemy I respect in the console war. Without him Nintendo became a disgrace, even I'm ashamed lol.

本当にありがとうございました横井军平さん。
I shudder to imagine a world where the D-pad wasn't invented by him when it was. Joysticks and paddles everywhere.

Mr. Yokoi is a true legend, by far one of the most important figures not only in the history of Nintendo, but also in the history of the gaming industry, This is the man who helped Nintendo go from a little hanafuda card company to the gaming juggernaut it is today, It's heartbreaking to see that people don't talk about Yokoi's legacy as much as, let's say, Miyamoto, Iwata, Reggie or Sakurai.

Rest in peace, Gunpei Yokoi. Your legacy will live on forever...

I knew him by name only, like one of those names its always gets tossed around on video game history but never gave it much thought.

Seeing his philosophy, it really sheds a light on Nintendo's own philosophy.

Awesome guy
