I’ll start:

- Zoner archetype
- Tiny character
- Disjointed hurt box on all normals
- Has Morrigan’s Astral Projection
- Can summon a pillar on opponent
- Has a high pitched voice
- Has a burst mechanic, allowing them to somehow be plus during an opponent’s combo
- Best super requires the least amount of bar in the whole game.

Not good enough? We give them the hit boxes off their normals that Brawl Meta Knight has, while giving them the movement capability of Magneto in MvC2.
 
Also put Steve's block and crafting mechanics combined with Hero's slot machine. And also put super armor somewhere too.
They don’t ever need to touch the floor. They can make their own stage and then when you try to approach them they just power through all your hits and mash buttons.

- smoothly animated well-drawn but during specials n supers turns into a Wayans prop-doLL
- has a roLL-cancel infinite
- can jump off the waLL but only the left one n only when the timer is on an odd #
- can move n jump n taunt before the round begins but others can't
- can crawl a la pre-MotW Fatal Fury games but only backwards
- can parry SPDs or Seraphic Wing by simply havin the player yeLL at his controLLer but must end each sentence in '...Kupo'
- has an upskippable ending sequence before the start of any match or even training mode but after you beat Story Mode with him you get unlocked content of Gamepro toddler fan-art for 9 hrs straight
- tells both player n opponent what player n opponent did wrong at the end of each round, win or lose
- his fwd, back, n neutraL jumpkicks are protected completely by both invincibility n autoguard frames like Vega/Claw in World Warrior
- his taunts power-up 3x like Q but for the opponent instead but wears off in less than a second
- if a match ends in a draw char Ben goes nuts n kiLLs aLL your DLC chars n makes you have to buy them again n even then only in a certain random, undisclosed order
- his specials n supers can aLL be done in the air but then nothing happens until he lands then performs them on the ground
- his option-selecting over a downed opponent brings up a special menu that allows him to pick: 'Top-Down / Crouch Attack/Meaty/Zone then Throw/All of the Above Simultaneously'
- if you pick an alt-costume his hitboxes are entirely different to the point of confounding n obtuse
- Short/Forward/Roundhouse or LK/HK are all punches n Jab/Strong/Fierce or LP/HP are all kicks
- can change stance/fighting styLe like Gen but none of the normaLs, speciaLs or superS are any different
- gives your gf a creepy stare in the Vs. portraits preceding start of the match
- auto-nerfs opponent n inverseLy goes mad hard OP if he blocks or gets hit by or if opponent even whiffs 3 attacks during any given round
- if you EX any of his speciaLs it crashes the game n catapults any fight-sticks you have crashing out one of your windows or through the waLL
- sings TayLor Swift songs (terribLy) the entire duration of any finaL round
- drains player's bank account anytime some other fighter gets picked besides him
- defends the OG MvC2 soundtrack ferociously
- is ranked in a tier of his own: A(sshoLe)-tier

A million different moves that freeze, paralyze, or otherwise remove control from the other player. And a million different unblockable set-ups to get these for very little effort. Throw in a strong Oki and reset game so you struggle to escape once in it too.
 
You see, I want a character that you’re supposed to actually BEAT. Not a boss, not an intentionally overpowered character, just a character with absolutely DISGUSTING advantages that make them a nightmare to face every time.
that would depend more on the player than the character.
i played a few rounds of smash ultimate with some friends. they were picking their favorites or top tier characters like cloud and incineroar.
i picked my favorite character, daisy. the whole reason that i got a switch and the game in the first place. they were surprised by my choice.
about the 4th round in, all three of them were ganging up on me, losing 2 stocks to every one that i lost. they just barely beat me.

Already got them, they're named Smash Ultimate Sonic and Steve
 
Some ideas:
  • Has plenty of zoner moves, but also a few powerful grapple moves.
  • Projectiles include lightning that drops at high speed (like Goenitz from KOF) and an unblockable & angleable fireball.
  • Hurt box is smaller than the character; hit box is noticeably wider than the attacks.
  • Crouching puts them so low to the floor they duck under projectiles and even some rushdown moves.
  • Super moves include ① resurrection, ② an undodgeable screen-filler, and ③ an unblockable with decent range.
  • Has a move that negates other moves for a few seconds, but you can't tell which ones.
  • Voice acting is really bad and they don't shut up for a second.
  • They canonically killed your wifu in the last game which is why she's not in this one.
  • Their costume is just gross and the backstory on it is that it's what the developer thinks the average player of the game is like.
