I'm very intrigued by this dish:

It's supposed to give celiac people a way to enjoy the king of all party foods (which I'm all for) and it just looks like a tasty, fun take on a true classic.

Its not that the crust is necessary, but what you do with the crust.

Pizzahut knew that filling the crust with cheese is not only the best solution but maybe a true way to live by withe peace and harmony .

Oh that's definitely good, it's just ragù with mozzarella on top, I had it tons of times before whenever I felt lazy and didn't want to make/eat pasta (minus the pepperoni as we don't have that here)
