On a similar note, I quite loved Cassette Beasts, which puts a unique spin on the monster catching genre, and in my opinion, cultivates one of the coziest RPG experiences to date. [ATTACH type="full" size="1080x763"]68639[/ATTACH] The original Xenoblade for the Wii honestly changed me. I will always look back fondly at it. From the music to the visual identity, the writing and characters, the voice acting, ugh, I can't say enough good things about this game and feel I've adequately expressed my love for it. [ATTACH type="full" size="742x466"]68635[/ATTACH] The Mother series is another big one for me, as it got me through some tough years when I was still growing up. Clearly I am biased towards the GBA. Undertale also hits me as quite a comfy experience, as an avid Mother appreciator. [ATTACH type="full" size="1920x1080"]68636[/ATTACH] Though admittedly I still have yet to play 'till the true ending, This game embodies so much of what I loved about Symphony of the Night and those that came after it. I played probably too much of SotN and Aria of Sorrow, and to feel like these games had merged to make this one made it one of the best action RPG experiences I've ever had. [ATTACH type="full" size="250x250"]68638[/ATTACH] FE13 is definitely what I would call the comfort food game for the whole series. From how broken you can make a unit, to how challenging it can be on the harder difficulties, it's just a cozy tactical RPG experience that keeps calling me back. [ATTACH type="full" size="460x215"]68637[/ATTACH] After the weirdness and flaccidity that was Zestiria, I did not have high expectations of Berseria. I was genuinely surprised at how much more I enjoyed this game, being how interwoven it is with Zesty. While I wouldnt exactly call this one "cozy" it definitely sits in a comfortable place in my heart, and has helped solidify Tales as one of my favorite series ever.
