I'll dedicate myself to read some book or manga in the next few weeks and remembered that I never have read Claymore, so I downloaded on my tablet to start today.

What are some huge classics that you have never read?

Too many to count.
In terms of books, I've never read The Lord of the Rings or Dracula.
In terms of comics, I've never read The Mask or the Infinity War saga.
In terms of manga, I've never One Piece or Lucky Star.

There are a LOT of classics I need to read.

Berserk is a huge classic that I've still yet to read. Mainly because it is literally pretty huge.
There is always going to be more stuff to read or consume than time, motivation and energy to do it.

Claymore was great. I remember immediately reading the manga after watching the anime back in highschool. I just felt compelled to know what happens next. as for classics, I've only read Guyver, Gantz, Gokusen and Gto recently. Nowadays my list is just filled with ongiong stuff.

I haven't read
Golgo 13
Hokuto no Ken
JoJo
Ashita no Joe
Ranma
Urusei Yatsura
Dororo
All You Need is Kill
any many more...

As for manga I've read that just recently ended/completed
Jujutsu Kaisen
Demon Slayer
Gleipnir
Inside Mari
Inuyashiki
the ones I'm currently reading are already in the various threads here.

A lot. Can’t even list them all. A Twitter clip made me consider Your Lie in April but I watched Belle and Weathering With You a while ago, the latter because it won on a poll of 4 movies that also included Belle and another I forgot (I remember now, it was Your Name) for the Japanese club at college to watch. The 4th option was A Silent Voice which I still haven’t watched

And on top of that I still haven’t watched the majority of Ghibli movies, or Initial D or Wangan or the rest of Re Zero and Toaru

And I recently watched Redline so I gotta rewatch Speed Racer 2008 and maybe watch the original anime

I always wanted to see Battle Angel Alita in theaters but I never got to

I watched a lot of Zombieland Saga back when it released and fell off of it when it wasn’t complete

I watched Paprika a while ago and need to watch Milennium Actor

Persepolis came up at one point…

Apparently Persepolis is not an anime

SPEED RACER 2008 IS FREE WITH ADDDDDDDS IM WATCHING

I've always been interested in older things before my time, be that games, movies, anime/manga etc. so I've read quite a lot of what most would consider to be the classics in the world of manga. That being said; there is one I've still yet to get to, and that's a manga called Babel II. You don't hear much about it amongst the English speaking sides of manga fan bases, but in Japan, amongst a certain generation, it's quite revered as an influential classic of the Sci-Fi genre. Even people like Hirohiko Araki have cited it as being a major influence on his work.

In terms of a 'modern classic', I must admit that to this day I've still never caught up with One Piece. I thought it was impossible to catch up back in like 2012, I can't imagine trying to catch up to it now lol. Kingdom is another similar one, there's just way too much to catch up on.

MW, Zaregoto, and X. Zaregoto is a light novel not a animanga so it still counts(?). They're all of my summer reading list, after I finish the original Devil Man I'm going to start reading MW.

I basically haven't read (or watched) 99% of popular shounen manga/anime, 7 year old me had beef with how many episodes the battles in DBZ lasted, it's just not my favorite genre lol, a cousin gifted me a Demon Slayer tote bag because she knows I like anime tho, so now I feel kinda obligated to give it a try lol

There are a ton, but from off the top I can think of: Berserk, Lone Wolf and Club, most shonen(One Piece, HxH, Demon Slayer, etc), Jojo, Rumiko Takahashi's work other than Mermaid Saga(Ranma, Maison Ikkokou, etc)

Most of Ozamu Tezuka's works, I surely have to get around reading some of them sometime. Also, even though the anime is probably my favourite ever, I still haven't fully read The Rose of Versailles
