From my comment on the Repo page for the USA version: "Activision, I think, wanted to rename this game as Covert Ops Nuclear Dawn in the west to connect more with MGS, since the JP name sounds very boring for USA, and to convey with the gameplay and theme."

Yeah I am of the mind that the Repo should have one single entry per game, with all the hacks and different languages etc aggregated in the same place. Maybe even have all the different regions under the same entry too.


It's a pretty good game. I actually own the physical copy of the american verison, it usually goes out for cheap. It's a cross between Resident Evil and Metal Gear Solid, with a bunch of different endings. A solid Recommend, if you can deal with tank controls.
