In time though she reminded me of my childhood bestie's twin sister, in a way, both having a similar personality. There's depth to her in spite of being a ditz, and a kind nature to her in spite of being headstrong. The fact that she puts on a brave face but is scared deep down is relatable and worth my empathy. She really does love her Digimon buddies, Agumon and Gabumon. And when A Certain Badass Scene* happened, I was cheering her on. Plus, if I recall correctly, she's got an appetite.
