Can you recommend me a good all-format video player for Android?

I was using VLC as my default workhorse and was really rather happy with it, but then it started giving me a lot of crap (particularly with .MKVs and some rather large .AVI and .MP4 files as well), so I'm looking for alternatives.

Well I manly use VLC but I did for a long time use MX player or BS player not sure if they are on andriod any longer.

I heard Next player should be very good.

I use my phone's default but a quick search will do the trick. As for my PC, good old Winamp still works. Some skins are still cool!

Yay another Winamp user im not alone. But I mainly use winamp for music and VLC for animes. But man I will use winamp till the day I die.

Not that I use it much on Android, but yes, mpv ROXXXXX

I mainly use MPV (especially due to its customizability), but VLC is a good alternative.
