They accidentally used Sonia fan art for the floor on Roulette Road, which is especially wild because it means Sonia from Sonic Underground accidentally officially showed up in a SEGA crossover game. She looks incredibly similar to Amy Rose, so I imagine that’s how this mistake even happened. I think it was properly replaced in later versions of the game. I don’t know if the original artist ever got compensated or something, I doubt it. Elite ball knowledge though.
