Help Both PCSXE2 and DuckStation Cant "Always Launch as Big Picture Mode"

Hello there i hope someone can Help me with this Problem, i ve managed to run Both PCSXE and DuckStation at Big picture mode on Steam Deck with Command -fullscreen -bigpicture at Start up. Then i upgraded the SSD to 2 TB Re instal The OS and The Emulator then Pastes all Copied data file to Respective folder. NOW the Command do Nothing and its Just Crash installing Emudeck App does nothing because that app just installed The Emulator for you and Nothing else and its The Same its just Nothing probably just Crash at at background
