This update was made mostly to fix a soft lock with Zangief.

• - Air chains are added to the game.
• Adjusted the timings of the round start sequence to fix Avra/announcer not saying the round number on 4-star speed.
• - Several changes were made to Roll to emphasize her dependence on her unlockable boost mechanic.

Rev. 2.9C is up.

The horizontal movement on most characters' back dashes is reduced, and back dashes have reduced horizontal movement when you cancel normal moves into them.

The censored version that's up on RHDN also has most of the sprite censorship undone.
