While certainly not a PS exclusive, Daytona USA's PS3 version is a great port of the game.

For PS exclusives, I am a big fan of Gran Turismo 4 on PS2 as well as its portable counterpart on PSP.

For me is between: Initial D Special Stage, Midnight Club 2, Burnout Dominator, Racing Lagoon and MotorStorm, easily five of the most fun racing games in Playstation.

If you're in to rally I recommend Colin Mcrae, WRC and Sega Rally as well! These are just the ones I don't think anyone should miss out on!

Too many to list for all PS consoles.

Wipeout HD Fury and Enthusia Professional Racing are favorites though. I recently had fun with GTC Africa on PS2. Actually much better than anticipated. I've easily spent far more time with the Wipeout series. I've owned all Wipeouts except for Wipeout Omega...I am waiting for it to be playable on ShadPS4. I have the game on one of my backup drives ready to go. I watch the compatibility chart every day for it to show green.

First that comes to my mind. I'm not a huge racing fan, so I think it is fun the other objective is to smash shit up :3

Also pcsx2 protip: force vulkan for this one apparently...
