Best NBA Game for PC or Console?

Is there a best NBA game? Street/Live/2k??? I have 2k20 on my phone, but what about PC or Console?
I ask you guys for recommendations. The best I can emulate are up to PS2 and Gamecube and below. I can't DX12 so on DX11 games will do. Thanks!

I'd say NBA: Hang Time. I gravitate towards arcade games in sports.

NBA Jam Tournament Edition is the best NBA game from what I played although I have only played two other NBA games ( I like playing as the Seattle Supersonics in Tournament Edition because they don't exist anymore)

I really like both NBA Live and NBA JAM.

Those were extremely fun to me and I even recall enjoying the demo of Live 97 (which only ever let you play the first quarter of Utah Jazz vs Chicago Bulls... Really quite a pathetic demo when you think about it).

Spike Lee usually labels his works with that. NBA 2K16’s features a story written and directed by Spike Lee. MyCareer, if I remember correctly.
