Favorite Fan Translation or Romhack gag or joke?

Sometimes, fans aren't content with bringing a game to our languages, sometimes they add a small joke as their tags, let's share them, if the project is also a Romhack, it counts too!

It was a Urban Legend that the original SMT 1 sometimes will instead of starting will give you a creepy screen that translated to "Turn off the game", obviously it was a mere rumor (Granted one that considering the games a believable one), some time later the PSX version was FINALLY translated, my favorite Easter Egg is that if you save in the Diamond Realm, you get a nod to that rumor

I can't think of fan translation examples. I can only think of official localizations like the Yakuza franchise.

There are a few references to the 4Kids Pokemon dub throughout the English versions, such as having a "serial groper" called Ass Catchem in Judgment:

Not much of a small joke but more of an entire romhack designed to make a shameless mockery of Earthbound, as the creator just hated it. It's called "Mother 2.1 Slightly Less Terrible Edition" by fractiouslemon. It's definitely a lie to call this any kind of restoration hack, or improvement, when it's ultimately a spiteful spoof. Despite this being my favorite game ever made, I honestly appreciate the effort one guy went through just because he hated it. It's always beyond hilarious to me.
