Movies Best 90s animated film not by Disney

If I had to pick animated movies that weren't made by Disney out of all the films i've seen in the 90s, I'm gonna make a safe bet they were probably by Don Bluth. Dreamworks didn't really become a thing until the year 2000 or so, then I would have included Shrek, Road to Eldorado and Prince of Egypt. Also I forgot to add The Iron Giant. I need to update this.

I think Road to El Dorado BARELY doesn't fit into 1990s., neither does Titan A.E., what's left, Anastasia?.. Eugh. No, Prince of Egypt it is.
it was 2000 when Road to Eldorado released. Forgot about Titan AE! That was another Don Bluth classic alongside Anastasia! Strange that he never worked on any of the Land Before Time or American Tale sequels. There was All Dogs Go To Heaven 1 and 2, We're Back, and a couple others i can't remember.

These two Halloween movies by Cartoon Network are super underrated!

I would have included Race For Your Life Charlie Brown and Snoopy Come Home but those are both from the 70s i think.

I somewhat recommend these movies from the Era to varying degrees, But, be warned, some of these are weird independent films with a much different tone to usual child friendly cozy 90s animations.
In anime there are:

Ghost in the Shell
Perfect Blue
Whisper of the Heart

USA:

Cats Don't Dance
I Married a Strange Person!
Anastasia (and even more its, much smaller in scale, sequel Bartok the Magnificent)
Beavis and Butt-Head Do America
Balto

Europe:

The Adventures of Mole
Kirikou and the Sorceress
Felidae
The Princess and the Goblin
The Magic Pipe

Argentina and Brazil:

Manuelita
Cassiopeia
Rocky & Hudson

China:

A Chinese Ghost Story
Lotus Lantern

If we're not counting Japanese films, it really is The Iron Giant 😭

But my wife would turn me visible again if I didn't mention this one:

Now, if we ARE going to the Japanese market, well... it's a no-brainer 😉

I like Anastasia exclusively for the ghost Ballroom scene.

I already put it in my list, but It is not being cited enough, so i am going to attach this link to a clip from Cats don't Dance

Even though its not 90s themed but I remember this film. It's worth mentioning.
