As someones who likes the Punshier comics a lot, season 1 of Banshee was really great.
The other 3 seasons completely took away the show's identity and were kinda shit tbh. Not that it never had any good or entertaining moments, but that's the best I can say about it.
If I were to recommend it to someone, I'd say to just watch the first one.
