Anyone get this working on duckstation on Android? I tried CHD and non CHD and it just crashes. Downloaded it multiple times and tried and just crashes

try epsxe for android or retroarch core (beetle PSX, PCSX-Rearmed or mednafen)...

Also never heard of this! This is what happens when all Youtube "niche games you've never heard of" videos all recycle the same ones; you miss these titles.
But with that being said, hard to tell if it's a good game or not. The art style does seem neat though!

The title screen clearly says 1998

That's the copyright date. The game itself didn't come out until 1999.
