Art resemblance in games?

reminds me a lot of the Market from Ocarina of Time, especially because of the perspective.
sometimes certain frames or sceneries from videogames remind me of similar forms in other media and i can't help but think the artist must have been influenced by it, or that both pieces must have the same roots for inspiration.
care to give any examples off the top of your mind?
