Anime Armored Trooper Votoms Is An Amazing Show

It, and its sequel OVA's are really something else. It's like somebody took Apocalypse Now, turned it into a twenty hour long Mech series, and dialed the action up to eleven. If you're a fan of Star Ship troopers, Armor, or any other 70's military scifi you don't want to miss it.

Love Votoms, as well as just being a fan of Ryosuke Takahashi's Mech shows and Sunrise in General.

Was re-watching Mellowlink now that it's got better subs.

Takahashi's stuff is very overlooked and very influential to a lot of games, like Metal Gear, Armored Core, and Front mission than most people realize.
